Led by two seasoned entrepreneurs and experienced board directors, this Founder experiential and active learning workshop will teach Founders about the importance of governance and your role as directors.

The secret sauce recipe includes thinking about all facets of your company; investment/capital raise, digital, marketing & CX, technology, product & UX, talent & culture, leadership, Founder well-being & emotional resilience, risk management, financial engineering, business strategy, and going global – new market entry execution.

Many adjacent benefits can be achieved from an Advisory Board include teaching Founders grit and providing them with an emotional resilience support structure. The economic benefits can include advice on how to sell to enterprise B2B/B2G, how to scale into new markets, go global and how to get investment ready.

Andrew Donovan, a facilitator with Australian Institute of Company Directors for 15 years and a director / Chair of boards for more than two decades, his governance expertise is second to none; Andrew has a passion for entrepreneurship and collaboration to innovate.

Warwick Peel, a seasoned headhunter of two decades, his past five years has been both recruiting Non-Executives and educating Directors on their board careers. He works with startups, private companies, pre-IPO, and small-mid cap ASX listed companies on their board appointments.

Together, they’ll teach Founders a whole-of-stakeholder approach to governance and importantly, run an interactive workshop for Founders to customise their futures strategy with a hypothetical exit as the end game. Founders will learn to unlock their potential by considering appointing an A-team to push them beyond their limits.
